General Nex Gen Esports Rules
1. All employees must wear Nex Gen Company T-Shirts or Hoodies and Blue or Black Jeans while on the floor. Women can wear either Blue or Black Skinny Jeans. Absolutely NO leggings on women and Absolutely NO sagging pants that show boxers. This rule is for everyone from General Managers to crew and maintance. If you do... You will be sent home to change. If warned twice automatic suspended without pay. Twice warning possible !!TERMINATION!! Also Absolutely no Tossle Caps while on the clock period. Also proper footwear at all times.
2. If you are going to be late. Please call and inform us that you will be late. No Call and show up late. First time a warning. Second time you will be suspended 3 days no pay. 3rd time you will be suspended 5 days no pay. Final time automatic Terminated.
3. No Cellphone use unless emergency or on break. If caught using your phone you will be sent home automatically without pay.
4. There maybe things asked of you to clean up if maintance is not around. That could be some sort of mess or it could be someone vomiting, etc. Please do what is asked of you as an employee.
5. If you are going to call. Please make sure you call off at least 2 hours ahead.
6. If you are scheduled to work on a weekend while a scheduled tournament. Please be make sure you are there or you will be suspended for 5 days. Second time you will be automatically terminated. If you are calling off it has to be an emergency. Because our tournaments could end up having 250 tournament player up to a couple 1000 players at a time.
